The breakfast is excellent. A nice, hot buffet. The room was clean and spacious. However, at a conference center hotel, I expect good wifi, which I definitely did not get. After a couple very frustrating hours trying to get the wifi to stop stalling, and having to bother the desk clerk (who was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, but was not able to), I ultimately discovered that the wifi only worked in my room if I sat right next to the door! I had to sit there at a counter in an uncomfortable chair for hours to get my work done. I have stayed at the other side of the hotel in the past and did not have the issues with the wifi. I did not want to switch rooms since I was already all settled in and in my pajamas. Next time, I will check the wifi speed in the room before I settle in, and move to a different room if the issue repeats itself.
Terrible...just terribleud83dude2d the wifi doesn't work most of the time. The AC does work and nobody wants to fix it. There cleaning is terribly done. And the tv doesn't work most of the time as well. And not to mention the bugs. And the smell of smoke from cigarettes/weed in the hallways
Rooms are nice and clean didn't stay there very long just overnight but everybody was nice and helpful rooms might be a little more expensive than I thought but it was pretty quiet even though it was next to the interstate
Check in was great, staff efficient and friendly. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. AAAAA+++++++
My room had a queen sized bed, table with chairs, fridge, microwave, and cooktop. Was great for my stay of 10 days. The pool is open. Bagged breakfast in the morning. My main complaint is that the WiFi is spotty and slow
