If I could give a zero I would!!! Absolutely the worst service ever especially for New patients to the area. For 3 weeks I have been given the run around for making an appointment for my son to enroll in school. For the last 2 Mondays when I call to check on things I was given the same line “we just received your records from your other provider Today and need to review them prior to an appointment” ok that was fine the 1st Monday I called but after waiting a week before calling again and then told the exact same thing I was quite annoyed. So I asked for the records as they were mailed to them as hard copies and was told NO they wouldn’t give me my sons records. uM what you won’t scan them in you won’t make him an appointment and also You won’t give the records that you are refusing to use so I can fine a competent place to take my son. Absolutely terrible!!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this clinic is! The entire staff - reception, nurses, doctors - are wonderful. The level of service we receive is always above and beyond. We recently had a weekend issue! Tami was oncall and graciously took care of my child through phone calls. I’m in awe that when we call in on a Saturday we get patched through to a pediatrician. I’m so thankful for this clinic is in our community.
