It was ok. Nothing else in David city. Not best but not god awful either
For a small town this was a nice motel. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels. Only drawback... I checked out a day early & was only given a partial refund price of the room ($$) because “taxes were already paid & he was loosing money for my early departure”. I had given him 24 hr notice, though it wasn’t stated that it was required.
Good place to sleep
Circa 1960s - 1970s 'motor lodge'. A clean enough place with updated (for its era) fixtures. The owner was a bit curt, considering we were his first lodgers for the day, but being a curmudgeon myself I can forgive that. I'll even forgive his rates even though I've paid better prices at chain motels. I can't imagine he gets a lot of business and it was nice to find SOMEthing in the town while my truck was being looked at.
Very nice people. Clean rooms, great big towels. And a fare price. What more could you ask for?
