Jen Murray NP needs to take a class on compassionate care. She is rude and that’s not how patients or family should be treated. As an RN myself and now being on the other side of medical care for the last seven years we have had fantastic doctors and nurses. They can talk to you without being condescending or rude. When you go through trauma it’s hard on the patient and family and medical staff can really help by being kind and understanding. Jen Murray was rude and condescending about a very delicate subject. It’s disappointing!
