You guys have really great food, but if you aren't going to deliver during the times that you say you are, you should probably take that offline. I called and asked to place an order for delivery at 5pm and was told you aren't delivering tonight because of the specials you have going on. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Tons of people are looking forward to and taking advantage of delivery options to keep their local restaurants running and so they can stay safe during this difficult time. I wouldn't mind doing curbside pickup if that was your only option, but it isn't. I honestly wouldn't even be that upset if this wasn't the third time it's happened.
Although good in the past, today was disappointing. The veg beef barley soup was not good and the BBQ boneless wings were not BBQ. When we asked if a mistake was made we were assured that this was BBQ and no offer was made for anything in its place. So it was fries and celery for dinner.. not a nice meal.
In a world where everyone is supposed to be diligent about disinfecting, we had to call the bartender over to clean the table we were sat at. There was food on the table, that told me it hadn’t been done before we were sat there.
Great food. Immediate sitting. Great service.
