I have never banked somewhere with slower service. I actually avoid the bank at all costs and regret every time I choose to stop here. The drive through line takes over 30 mins with only 2 other cars in line, hard to believe considering they are only working drive through.
They closed most of the branches and reduced the hours... Wells Fargo is allot quicker...
I can’t believe how long this drive thru takes. Been here over 40 mins and the line is still three cars long. Seems like only one person is wking the drive thru. Makes no sense.
Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. Incompetence would be the best thing I could say for this branch. With many of the branches closing I am stuck here. Been in the drive through line for 20 now and still have 3 cars ahead of me. It’s always like this.
this is the worst bank I have ever been too. Tellers are very rude and the waiting is horrible. I wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. I will never bank at us bank because of this branch
