We’ve worked with Tiles Plus More on a few projects and have had great experiences each time. Their design consultants are so helpful when figuring out where to start or narrowing down choices. They have so many options in the showroom. We had an issue on one project with the supplier and they went above and beyond to fix it. We love working with them.
While the showroom had an abundance of options and I found several I would have loved for my project, I could not find someone willing to help me. When I asked an associate for help (after they finished with a customer) I was told they were busy and I was pointed to the “cheapest” tile in the store to fit my needs (while not asking my budget or project type). While I do look young, I was completely mortified at the assumption that I was not willing to buy. Horrible customer service if you look young as you will not be helped.
A great choice but sadly I never get the quotes.nWe took an appointment, spent more than 90 min. Some of the combinations displayed were no more available. We finally selected 3 different combinations and asked for the quotes. We're supposed to have them by email the day after... We received nothing and were never called back. Great choice but not everything is really available and quite expensive as far as I remember.
Nice tile store but can become a little overwhelming looking for tile....very nice sales women....will be back for sure..
Very poor customer service, I emailed explaining my situation with a floor that I was installing with tile heat and the reply was basically 1 sentence . They did not describe any of there products, did not ask me to call for assistance. Basically it was a brush of email from Stephanie!!
