I called Rusty because we had yellow jackets flying into our house! He was extremely professional and arrived on time, even alerting me via text before he got to our house. He spent a lot of time looking for the yellow jacket nests and walked around our yard with my husband looking for where they could be getting into our house. After several walks around our entire yard, he could not see any active nest. I felt he was extremely honest and I trust his findings. He did recommend a preventive spray, but he did not even try to push us to do it now because he said it's a better value if we have it done in the spring. We will absolutely be calling him for the preventive treatment or any other issues we run into with the bees/hornets. He is knowledgeable, professional and HONEST. We really appreciate his time and I will be recommending him to friends and family!

Rusty went right to work with the nest removal and treatment. Explained everything well and was done in no time. I like that he texts you day before and again on the day to keep me in the loop for his arrival. Highly recommend!

Rusty was professional and thorough. He removed the yellow jacket nest the day after I contacted him, and didn't spray chemicals around the house. He was able to give me a quote over the phone, too.
