Came in twice in a day for a prescription both times They could not get it ready for me. They told me they’d text me when it was ready because their computers were malfunctioning and they never did. I called and was told they were temporarily closed. They should have notified me so I could have my doctor call in the prescription to another pharmacy before end of business day. Instead I was forced to find out on my own they closed and would be unable to provide the prescription and wait over 24 hours to start a very necessary antibiotic. Extremely unprofessional.

Three patrons waiting in line for prescriptions. Myself #2. Pharmacy techs were too busy chatting among themselves instead of servicing their patrons. First person in line stated she waited over 10 minutes for assistance. The person behind me, left the line got into his car and drove to the 'drive thru' service. His script was filled and left prior to me getting to the counter.nNOTEI Inside customer should be taken care of FIRST before the 'drive thru' customers--we have taken the time to enter the store.

2 perscriptions needed for my children. Both times we have had to GO BACK and have them correct things. The 1st time was the wrong medicine. They refilled an Old perscription and did not give my husband the new one the dr had called in that day. The 2nd time was the correct perscription, but was still in powder form. They forgot to mix it! Huge hassle when you have a screaming baby who needs his acid reflux medicine or a toddler who has a fever and is in pain from her ear infection and needs 2 start her antibiotic before bed. So close to home, but Driving the extra mile or so to CVS will end up saving us tears and time if this is how Walgreens runs their pharmacy.
