I always find the Pharmacists to be polite and more than willing to go the extra mile. One of several examples was my late call to them on 12/31/20 requesting a refill so it would go on my current insurance. She was more than happy to put through under my 2020 insurance during the call. Another Pharmacist today assisted with my having misplaced a bottle of my recently-filled RX. I do agree that SOME of the front line staff at counters are not very polite nor interested in helping. All the staff in pharmacy seem overworked + stressed but that is an issue Target or CVS need to fix by hiring more people.

Honestly, go somewhere else if you want a reputable pharmacy with good service. These yoyo's actually called my doctor and said they should change my prescription I've been taking for 2 1/2 years to a different medication?!?!?!?! The Doctor's office assumed I initiated this.nnWhat kind of pharmacy does this???nnThis resulted in an office visit I did not need, which ended up costing me money. Again - what pharmacy calls your doctor office to recommend a different medication than the one my Doctor prescribed??? My Doctor prescribed me a certain drug in a certain dosage for a certain condition for a certain reason and it's NONE OF THE PHARMACIES BUSINESS! They are there to provide the drugs not prescribe them!

Worst pharmacy EVER! I have never had a good experience at Target CVS Ridgedale. Staff is extremely rude, impatient and irritable. Transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I had forgotten a prescription at home 3.5 hrs away and I was flying out of the country for about 3 weeks; the staff here courteously worked with me to get me more refills and even called my insurance for an override, so it didn't cost me anything!nHaving grudgingly dealt with CVSs elsewhere and their wanting customer service, they definitely redeemed my trust in their chain pharmacies.

If there was 0- star trust me I would've selected it cuz of the disrespectful and unprofessional indian pharmacist in loud intimidating way questioning me and other ppl about my health issues in front of everyone which it supposed to be unlawful to do so but apparently he doesn't care .. never going back again
