I usually do not go out of my way to do this but this situation rubbed me the wrong way. I recently contacted Geritome to find out more information about the company and the receptionist was VERY RUDE! She seemed very bothered and short answer and hanged up the phone as I was talking. I will not be interested in doing business with a company that acts like that. Me and my team will take our business elsewhere.

In founding Geritom Medical, Mr. Smith has created a family owned, independent pharmacy that has attracted a cadre of employees that superbly provide services and programs for over 8,000 customers and 1,000 facilities in the greater Twin Cities area. I highly recommend that, if you have a loved one in a long term care facility, you request their pharmaceutical and medical supplies needs be filled by Geritom Medical.

Barbie is RUDE on the phone, she gets snippy and is offensive in the way she talks back when I am trying to confirm orders etc. Not professional. Other than that, they are a helpful med system and many drivers are kind and happy.
