The staff at this location outside of Andy is completely and utterly incompetent. They take no part in helping customers, but rather give excuses and runaround. Recently my wife needed important medication and they told her she wasn't covered when she was and had all the requisite proof. Someone needs to step in and make changes immediately! They are making the pharmacy look very unprofessional.

They've become much slower the past few months in filling prescriptions in a timely basis. Not sure what the problem is...
