This U haul location us awful customer service. Every time I try and get propane it’s an excuse. To cold. It’s sprinkling outside. Very sad. Go a block away to Leroys and get it filled every time. No excuses. Learned never to come here again.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven over the phone this afternoon, this man provided excellent customer service. It Increasingly seems like everybody is stressed out these days, whether in person or over the phone ~ and Stephen was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate anybody with a phenomenal attitude, Especially while they’re at work, and Even more so when they’re slammed at work... Keep up the great work Stephen, U-Haul is lucky to have you man.

Customer service and scheduling has been absolutely horrific. My intentions were to bring business to them for a hitch installation. I work in car sales and refereed a customer to this location. After the first time bringing it there they called and said it couldn’t be done because the part they had in stock was bent. This was no big deal to me but I couldn’t make it to pick up the vehicle right away and they called the day after and said I “needed” to come get it because they didn’t have room on their lot. I gave a second chance and they ordered the new part and I was told 4-6 days. After bringing the car back 7 days later and dropping off the keys I received another call saying the part was over 2 weeks out. Frustrated now, I told them I would come pick up the car for a second time when I could. After speaking to someone they told me they had to move my car to the street because of lack of room which was okay but then received another call saying the cops told them I can’t have my vehicle on the street and again I had to pick it up “now.” Overall customer service is awful and the experience was enough for me to never recommend this place to any customers again. I was never offered any compensation for my troubles and did not feel like they cared at any point in time. Awful just awful
