Nick Lukas provides excellent service. I needed my Mother's storage unit transferred to me on her passing. Two months passed without it getting processed at corporate. Nick took the initiative and time to correct the problem that day (Sunday).

The customer service. I didn't like the price hike, so I'll be moving out soon. But other than that, it's a great storage space!! This is a large storage business. I knew that everything in the economy goes up. That's inflation. But if your business is bleeding money so fast that you can justify rate hikes, then you don't know how to run a business. Do something about my rate, and I'll likely give you more stars.
