Kathy is a one-woman show! She was at the front door greeting every customer and during voting elections. She answered every question accurately and if she didn't know, she confirmed with her peers. This DMV location although limited in specific operations due to the smaller space, has great customer service. Customer service is a tough business; you're dealing with all sorts of dynamics in human behavior and some folks wish to share some of their bad days with EVERYONE. Don't rate a business based on emotions. You DMV higher ups making decisions need to pat your workers on the back and reward for going above and beyond.
They should have a separate line for people just needing tabs
IT there needs to be outsourced. The City should be dissolved because it is too small.
