Absolutely horrible, heaven forbid that you need to do banking in Omaha Ne before 9:30 am and 4 pm during the week. People like me that work on the road and start work at 8 am or before. I usually don’t get back into town until 6 pm. So that is out as well. They have branches in grocery store that used to stay open until 7 pm for the convenience of customers. That is also out because of the pandemic, j would think that the top personnel would see this as a difficulty for customers and adjust to help. An example, open a drive thru lane at 7 am-230 to assist and keep the store branches open longer. Saturday is a joke as well only being open until 12 all location. Again, keep the grocery store branches open later like most banks do.

Small and friendly branch situated inside the building. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Has a walk-in ATM inside. parking outside the building are limited to 20 minutes but that should be enough for your everyday transaction. I've started frequenting the branch for basic tasks that could have done using the ATM as the staff are very friendly and also that I work at the building.(I am a U.S. Bank employee).

Great branch location! Kind of hidden away in a corporate office building and used mostly by employees at the location, but is open to all U.S. Bank customers. The staff is super knowledgeable about products and provides great service. (I am an employee of U.S. Bank)
