Just had the worst Customer Service experience at this branch today, 04/02/21. As soon as I drove up to the drive thru, there was no greetings? Then I sent the tube inside and the teller asked me, what can I get you? I kindly asked for a withdrawal slip then she sent it to me but without a pen but it’s okay because after searching my car I found one. When she received the withdrawal slip she said I couldn’t take out that amount because the drive thru limit was only $3,000. I Said, okay, but your lobby is closed? If you would open your lobby like most other banks already do then maybe I can come inside to get the amount I needed. She still insist on she can’t do it that I would have to go to a different branch where their lobby is open. I understand you have rules you need to follow, but there should be an exception since your lobby is closed. Also, the teller was very rude and didn’t even asked me how I would like the cash or didn’t say Thank you at all. I’m on the verge to closing my accounts if this branch don’t change their terrible attitude. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

This branch is the most inefficient, worst customer services, no respect to their clients. Hard to work with them. I am closing my business and personal account just because they are hard to deal with, lobby still closed, business hours are very limited 11:00am to 4:30pm drive thru only 2 lines, they will do anything for NOT giving your own money, customer services is horrible, employees with bad altitude..

This branch is a joke! I fill out their new transaction slip with my account information for a withdrawal from my savings account and I see a week later it came out of my checking account. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have to say the service is going downhill. This branch has been a pain every time I go there. Might be time to change banks if they can't be trusted and need to check every transaction. What a bunch of BS!
