been banking with them for a long time. my only complaint is the hours changed and that was a big draw and reason to bank with them.
Best TCF Bank in the state!. The staff is very respectful and patient with every customer , super fast service!
The manager at this location her name is Victoria, She is the worst manager I ever spoke to she has no experience of management and she has an anger issue and she has it very low Skill when she answers the phone don’t know how to serve a customer. If she worked for me I will fire her in a seconds.
The staff is awesome in this branch!! They always have a smile on their face, they seem to love their job and their coworkers, and they go above and beyond to help you. I don’t even live near the Richfield branch and I will always do my banking there.
I love this bank they make me feel like family. All are smiling yes and top- notch is not all the are all so very professional....i love them all like my kids!
