Do not use the branch. They are the most inept people I have ever tried to work with. We wasted two hours on two separate days. We were given different requirements for what we were trying to accomplish by five different people over those two days. We still have not completed our business and will have to go back again and expose ourselves and others to COVID. They don't seem to know or care there's a pandemic. They tried to have 5 people in an office the size of a closet. We refused. One employee NEVER has his mask on properly. His nose is always hanging out or he doesn't have the mask on at all. He puts it on and takes it off all the time. Security isn't doing much to enforce masks either. They let people walk in without masks. (Those people then cover their faces or not.) I went straight to the shower and my clothes went straight into the washer when I got home.

Never have had an issue with this bank location. They are always friendly and willing to work with me.

Been a customer of about 10 years, and they still treat me like garbage. They charge me late fees on payments made on time, and refuse to reverse them. They suggest loans to help pay down certain bills, and then reject me saying “I don’t have enough credit.”nnCan’t wait to switch away.

Always has coffee in the lobby, and their banker is a notary, which came in handy!
