Absolutely rude during probate resolution process.
Lights on the drive thru said open when I pulled in. Then they proceed to tell me they are closed and they can't help me. Extremely rude people working. If your drive thru lights say open you should be open.
I just watched 5 different employees standing around while the line backed up and the bank more than 5 people with only one window open I let you guys form your own review off of that....

Too dumb to cash a check. I had gotten an overage check from a company snd bell bank was their bank, so I go to cash it and they said they couldn't cash ot because of a system thing that involved the check number. So I had to call the company according to the bank teller to verify it. I called the company and they had no clue what the bank was talking about. Long story short I went to walmart and cashed it there. Walmart employees handle money better then these dopes.
