Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever. They say they filled your prescription so when you go to pick it up, they haven't even started. When you call to see if its ready, being that it was suppose to be done at a certain time, its not even been looked at. I called to see if it was done being it was suppose to be done at 5p.m, I was on hold for 12 minutes, no one answered, I called again, talked to store manager,no help from her, she transferred me to pharmacy, and was on hold again..total of 14 minutes including small conversation with store manager. Waiting in line is a joke. The pharmacist and whomever helps are slower than molasses on a cold day. Many complaints about this place.nWhen complainingto store manager Danielle, she said she's heard that before. She was trying to say that there were 5 people in line and the pharmacywas busy. When tell Danielle that I got a text message on other times sayingscripts were done and when I go to get them, they haven't even started to fill them. She tried to blame it on the automated system..I stated to here that I have never had problems at the Maplewood Walgreens she said well they probably aren't as busy.. no their more organized and prompt. They're not slow like forest lake pharmacy.

The poor pharmacy people are clearly so busy and need additional help I feel so bad for them! Walgreens needs to hire more staff because the wait times here are ridiculous and not to mention you will get 3+ voicemails saying your script is ready for pick up and you get there and it’s not even filled...nnSarah and Jesse are always so nice and my favorite techs to work with at this location

Put a prescription in to be filled an hour before arriving and upon arriving they said it would be over another hour before prescription could be filled. My 84 year old father just had surgery and we called in early to get it filled so we wouldn't have to wait. Not cool. In fact I will probably never go back to another Walgreens. Plan to take my business elsewhere.

It is very rare for me to write a review, positive or negative. However, on the way home last night from trying to pick up a script from the Forest Lake Walgreens and once again there’s always something holding up your order, always. This time they send me the phone message my script is ready for pick up. I get there and shockingly, it’s not ready. After waiting several minutes, they call me back and tell me sorry, we ran out of your medication. I just couldn’t believe it...I see several other negative reviews about this and the fact that their pharmacists and pharmacy techs are crabby and rude.nI don’t disagree with these but, I have to come to their defense here. If I were a betting man, I’d be all-in on my observation/opinion. My suspicion is...these employees are not appreciated and are worked to the bone all so they hit some sort of company metric to save a buck.nThere’s a reason why every. single. employee. looks like they’re about to quit or have a nervous breakdown! Shame on you Walgreens. There is a huge toxic culture problem in this company and they need to fix it now. I know a person ultimately has a choice to find other employment, but often times it can be stressful and difficult, so these poor employees just keep coming back in hopes things will change. To Walgreens corporation - I for one will never shop at another Walgreens until I hear and see change. I will be transferring my scripts to anywhere but Walgreens. Again, shame on you Walgreens...

Long wait time up to 2 hours to get your prescriptions filled. Only 2 people working in the pharmacy. Phones ringing off the hook, plus cars lined up in drive thru, lines of people trying to drop off their prescriptions or pick them up, and not to mention people wanting flu shots. Have used this pharmacy 5 times, the shortest wait time I've had has been 45 minutes. I recently had to transfer from the Walgreens on Rice Street in Little Canada. Wish I could go back to that one, normal wait time was only 15 minutes.
