I’ve been here three separate times. Every time I end up waiting a minimum of 30-60 minutes to fill a prescription.nThis last time, they didn’t have the prescription ready. I told them I would wait.nThey said it would be 15 minutes.nI decided to wait in the car because it’s FREEZING in the waiting room!! I came back in 15 minutes expecting for the prescription to be ready. They had not even started it!! So here I sit. Waiting AGAIN. Another 15 minutes later and now I’m informed the computers keep going down.nThis happened the first time I came here.nThis is pathetic. I have only had problems with Allina pharmacies. Every other pharmacy I have been to they have it ready and waiting. I get in and out under 3 minutes!! An hour later and I Finally have the prescription!nStep up your game Allina!!

The pharmacists are nice. The problem is that they don't have common prescriptions available; they have to order them ahead of time. So don't expect to be able to get all of your prescriptions day-of. This is especially surprising seeing as they are connected to one of the largest hospitals north of the cities.
