Once again, I went to do my banking and was told AGAIN, all branches were closed except one which is another 10 miles further away. Between mergers, closings, changes to computer systems, more closings, I have had enough.nI will be closing all accounts and going elsewhere!nBest of luck to those of you who remain!nEd
Had fraudulent activity on my debt card needed to get new card..was told by customer service I could got to the drive thru.....NOPE....TOLD TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE APPT...HOPE...NO OPTION ONLINE TO MAKE APPT...BAD BANL THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE Left HAND IS DOING..DO NOT BANK HERE YOULL BE SORRY
Went there on a Sunday and they are open 10-3pm. Got there at 11:20-11:30am and they are closed. How are you not open for at least an hour and if anything tell us you are closed. The only way to know if you are open is through GPS/Google Maps. Does no one work on your online site anymore?nI know its the Covid-19 and stuff but this is still very bad to not even give notice. Your phone service is horrible too. I told your customer service that the main service branch aka TCF bank is closed and I called them already. He told me to call them again and said thank you for calling. I plan on moving to Wells Fargo anyways. Here is my rant.
