Tried to deposit currency into my wife's account, mind you just dollar bills no checks no cash back. They would not take the deposit for some BS reason. So tell me why do I need a bank that will not take a deposit. Closing my account, why do I need a physical bank that doesn't take a cash deposit? Internet bank here I come.
Had been a loyal customer on wells fargo for a long time and this past year it has been nothing but debacles and poor service on my account. There have been two instances that have drawn me away but they make it extremely hard to close accounts and they have stated that they had to charge me a fee around $100 to close the account. Will absolutely not bank with wells fargo any more.
Good customer service. Only downside for me was no drive through ATM. They have two walk up ATMs but that didn’t feel safe to me.
Who ever gets bad service here probably deserves it. I love everyone at this branch and they always are welcoming with a smile on their face. I drive over 7 miles just to go to this branch now.
I don't know why somebody said the service was terrible. It was fine. Even told me about job openings when I mentioned I was looking for other work.
