Disgusted with the lack of cleanliness! Not only was the room filthy there were Ants all over ! Nurse was frustrated she could find propped equipment to take my blood pressure so she didn’t take it , keep in mind in my chart you see I’m medicated for it ! Absolutely disappointing!

I have seen Victoria Richards 2 times and both times she has been rude to the point of hateful. I was getting a lady exam done and it was the most painful thing I have ever endured .she said that she couldn't find the correct spot and kept digging and said she was going to send me to the OBGYN and then went back in to dig around some more . She said she didn't even have the correct tools to do the exam properly. Then when she finally said she thinks she got it she wasn't 100% sure.. then when she then had all of her rings on too when she went back to the exam. I was left in so much pain and In a pool of blood. And when I asked her and told her my symptoms and how I thought it might have gallbladder problems she said that I was pretty and much crazy and walked out .

The only problem I have is when I leave a message for someone to call I NEVER get a call back.
