Fantastic local business; purchased 3 appliances here at the same time and they applied a really good discount. Saving me money over the big box stores. Plus, if you are in the market for a high quality washer --- SpeedQueen is the American craftsmanship you want -- a 7 year warranty.nnService is impeccable, knowledge is professional, they make a good effort to stay price competitive, and you get the personal feeling of supporting local small business.nnTry getting any of this at Home Depot, Lowes, or Best Buy.

Update on 07/28/20 - Dave came back after we found some moisture inside the fridge. The gasket wasn't sitting right. Dave found that our door hinge was loose, which we had not noticed. He tightened the hinge down and got the seal to sit better. He replaced a missing gasket screw. There was no charge for the follow-up visit. Great attention to detail and thoroughness.nnI received assistance from Gray's to fix a freezer and replace a washer on my refrigerator. Dave visited my place three times to do the work within a week. He ended up figuring out the freezer just needed a new timer instead of dealing with either leaking refrigerant or otherwise replacing a commercial grade freezer that would take 3 months to replace. Dave was knowledgable, friendly and competent. Outstanding customer service and timeliness from Gray's Appliance!

Our refrigerator/freezer began to fail last week and was barely keeping the food in the refrigerator cold.nMy family has always done business with Gray's appliance I called and spoke to Arthur told him the dimensions and what I needed and my price range. Not only was he able to get me a great deal on a Whirlpool refrigerator with everything I wanted but was able to deliver it this morning before Christmas. The delivery went flawlessl. Two professional courteous knowledgeable young men who installed cleanedand up and left everything just the way they found,it so all I had to do was restock.nMy family has been doing business for Gray's for three generations and I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
