Was dealing with an officer that I don't believe should have a gun in his possession either he was not trained to be a police officer or he's on a power trip

I was pulled over doing 78 in a 70. When I tried to ask the officer a question he told me I was wasting his time and walked away from me while I was mid-sentence and did not acknowledge me when I stuck my head or hand out of my window. Ironically, my ticket had a mistake on it so I had to use MY time to go down to the station. I wrote a formal complaint and received a letter in the mail about a month later. They didn’t even change the date in the body of their cookie cutter response letter. It said May at the top and January in the letter. This police station is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible Department, that the public cant stand. City is a transportatiion hub from airport so they decided to try to make as much money as they can off traffic tickets, they're classic scam runs by giving tickets(usually pull you over for speeding and then try to make you feel good by saying they written the ticket as a nonmoving violation, ie give us your 200 - 400 dollars, ) but you got no points and see ya. The department aso has been accused of both corruption and racism, ie city is 75 percent black, but the police department and the entire city hall is all white (go figure). Of particular note the following officers are exceptionally bad, officer cjawoski and officer farhat.

My life and my two kids life was in danger today some lady walked up in my house and trying to fight me while my kids are in the house I called Romulus police waited an hour then started getting threats from the person who walked up at my house trying to fight me threatening my kids while I'm on the phone trying to reach Romulus police department on someone was on their way which never showed up and I can't even leave my house due to I don't know when this person is coming back Romulus is a joke cause no cops were doing anything my mom drove past the park by the police station and all of them were just sitting and talking there so instead of them helping my life and my children's life they decide to just sit around and do nothing and still have not gotten a call back from Ronnies please department or any cat showing up to my house! And they deserve no stars the only reason why they have a star for me is to post this Point that needs to be addressed !!!!! Now that I could not leave today to make a police report because ache officer will refuse to come to my house now I have to wait till tomorrow to make a police report for the sake of me and my children to be safe which we were not safe !
