Pharmacist (i forget his name) was a nightmare! My doc from out of state called in two Rx for me and left all info on the “physician’s phone line.” Because one was a controlled substance (Ativan), the pharmacist wouldn’t fill it until he spoke to the doc directly. They played phone tag ten times until finally my doc’s nurse told the pharmacist “The doctor is seeing patients and can’t keep doing this.”nFINALLY, two days laterI got my meds. THEN, the clerk was rude b/c I was a “difficult customer” for taking so much time and calling so often.nI’ve never liked CVS. Unfortunately my insurance only allows a few stores.
The staff was friendly and helpful...the selection not so much.
They went out of their way to help me .nWhen blue Cross denied my prescription.nAuburn consulting copier repair service.
