Words cannot express my gratitude for Dr. Rowe. I went to Dr. Rowe's office because the hearing aids which I owned were not helping me despite the fact that they cost several thousand dollars. Dr. Rowe assessed my needs and suggested hearing aids which would better suit the environments in which they were most needed. Dr. Rowe even permitted me to try the hearing aids which she recommended for several days. I purchased the hearing aids because they improved my hearing more than I ever imagined possible. Dr. Rowe and her staff provided outstanding service and support while I learned how to get the most from my new hearing aids. The whole experience was wonderful. Not only that, but I actually use the new hearing aids whereas the old ones sat in my desk drawer. Thank you Dr, Rowe for improving my life.

Marie was outstanding she explained everything so clearly and professionally to my mother gave her many different options with no pressure. My mother is extremely happy with her hearing aids. Marie gave exact directions on how to use and pair her hearing aids with her IPad and phone so she can get the best benefits of her hearing aids. Never made us feel rushed or never pushy. I would defiantly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing aids.

Dr. Rowe and her excellent staff have assisted me with addressing my hearing loss and explaining it to me in a comprehensive and understandable way. Everyone there is helpful, pleasant, and friendly. I am so glad I chose Ascent Audiology to address my hearing aid needs. The devices I selected are if the highest quality and have made my hearing better than it has been for years. I would recommend Ascent Audiology and Dr. Rowe to anyone in need of hearing assistance.

Marie Rowe and Ms Wilson have been a joy to work with - both in the purchasing, and in the upkeep of my hearing aids. There was absolutely no pressure when I first went in for my consult. Since then, they have always been extremely patient and pleasant in helping me when I went in with a question - especially in regard to pairing my hearing aids with my phone. To them, no question was too small. I also enjoy not struggling to hear anymore. I thank them and highly recommend them.

Dr Rowe at Ascent Audiology has first rate technology to evaluate hearing loss and recommend the appropriate hearing device. She is compassionate and caring. She is excellent at explaining the causes of hearing loss and the effects of hearing loss on the quality of life. My friends that I have referred to Ascent Audiology have been well pleased. Mickey, her Administrative Assistant, is personable and extremely well organized.
