First and last time visiting. Bad patient service.Rude with No communication. staff didn’t listen. Wasn’t able to do the basics. Not a friendly environment. Nobody explained to me what was going on. And seemed as though everyone had an attitude. Worst experience ever. Slow and still had to go to another facility to have blood drawn.

The staff this morning is rude and unprofessional! My daughter and I arrived 15 mins before opening. We then waited for them to open. Once I realized it was 10:20, I went to the desk to find out if they're ready to accept patients. The receptionist then says oh yea sign in! At this point I'm ready to walk out. I advice anyone that comes here to to be aware of the unprofessional people that works here!! I may never return!!

I brought my daughter in today. The girl at the front desk, i believe she said her name was bonnie, was absolutely wonderful, friendly, & efficient. The girl that brought me back, however, with the blue hair, that girl is so rude and had such a major attitude with us! she is so unprofessional! Ive been here several times, and everytime im here, she is so rude!

Don’t wash hands!! My first time going there and I don’t think I’m going back. Medical assistant or whatever her job title was went outside for Covid testing didn’t have gloves outside while testing Covid patients.Came back in didn’t wash her hands or use hand sanitizer. Call me to the back to the exam room did not wash hands or put sanitizer on before putting gloves on. Doctor came in she didn’t wash her hands didn’t even attempt to put gloves on. I was just disgusted on how relaxed in neglectful they were with handwashing during a pandemic.

Had a great, first time experience here. The staff was awesome and made me feel comfortable. If u have a fever, you stay in your car and they come out to you. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.
