I was unable to take my son to his appointment because I am not his mother. I have been with my kids mom for 10 years I have never lost custody to any of my kids. They say their policy is only to deal with moms and that she has to give permission for me to take my son. So basically under their policy I have no right to be a dad to my kid.

It's 9:32 and the doctor still hasn't showed up. Staff wasn't able to give me that much information. I've been calling to speak with someone for the past couple of day and no response. The phone lines are just terrible trying to reach someone. Hopefully the doctor's appointment go well.
