We just ordered Marcos pizza for the first time and got their bowl, we were definitely not happy for $7.99 you get a quarter of a bowl of product. I definitely don’t recommend it. I do however recommend Marcos pizza because the manager gave us a refund and even offered store credit given how unsatisfied we were. I understand it’s not their fault and they’re just going by specs but it’s totally unreal that they were charged us for this. The manager stated it should’ve been a full bowl and it was only a quarter and less of a bowl for the pictures below.

This place is amazing. Some of the best pizza that I've ever had! My first time going here we ordered a sausage and bacon pizza and we did not receive the bacon call the back and without any question received a credit for another Pizza. It's situations like these that really show how deep the customer service culture runs in that the cashier who had made the mistake took full, bility almost instantly and rectify the situation smoothly with very little conversation it was amazing if you're running a piece of shop take notes.

Their pizza is usually good however their Valentine’s Day heart shaped pizza was very disappointing. I was told it was a large but it was extremely tiny (small at best) and it cost $17 with the delivery fee included.

Pizza is okay, hit or miss sometimes. My pizza wasn't cut after being placed in the box. I ordered a carryout last week and when I got to the store there were two employees not wearing face masks. This has been the case numerous times in the past. Given that we're in a pandemic right now it would be greatly appreciated if they wore masks. There's a sign on the door stating face mask is required for entry. How are you going to require that if the employees are not following the rules? Second, there was a lady sweeping the floor and went to prepare my pizza without washing her hands after touching a broom and not wearing a mask. I think I'll order my next pizza elsewhere.

Food is usually really good and the service is always great. I generally order online and if you have any online account, you will always have coupons sometimes up to 30% off.
