My husband and I see Dr Richardson. I have to say, I truly appreciate how carefully she navigate our concerns, and has always set very clear realistic expectations when it come to our health care needs. We have always a great professional experience with this office.

Love my doctor, but the support staff staff is awful. Usually have to wait on hold for 20-30 min minimum when calling for any reason. They say to use the online portal to request an appt, but I have tried that and received no response for several weeks.

The most unprofessional place I’ve been too. From the doctors to the receptionist all terrible I wouldn’t dare step foot in there again
