The doctors are great and seem to genuinely care. However you have to get past the front desk first. I've been going there since I was a small child and am used to waiting for over an hour or two past my appointment time. My complaint is that every time I try to make an appointment I have to wait a week, they treat me like I'm a new patient and they don't take walk ins. When I call I'm told to hold but they hang up on me instead. I feel that this is not normal and currently seaking another doctor that will be able to see me sooner and in a more timely manner.

First off I've been going to this doctor office my whole life till I turned 18 (29now) and started going to a different doctor. Growing up I thought it was the norm to have a doctor appointment at 11am and sitting in the waiting room for 45min - 1hr to been seen till I went to a different doctors office. The wait to be seen at Dr Lyons is unacceptable and really unprofessional. People like myself that can only fit a doctors appointment in between lunches during the work week became a unrealistic expectation.nDr Lyon when hes there and Trisha are GREAT and amazing doctors. If appointment times were better and I was seen within 15min of my arrival time I'd love to come back, but till that time I'll keep seeing another PCP.
