I found her to be insensitive and having large gaps in her knowledge base . She lacks significant compassion and bedside manner . Given she works under a psychiatrist, she should be well informed in how mental illness can impact ones functionality. When Kristi is questioned, it is met with vitriole and condescending remarks, which I found belittling and outright unprofessional. It is without hesitation that I not only warn one against seeking her service at Healthy Minds, but also file a formal complaint with the state.
