This place has been nothing but a hassle. The staff is rude and disrespectful, they’re selfish. I’m currently in a life threatening situation, and she wouldn’t process a referral, and I just saw her 13 days ago! I need emergency surgery on my spine! It’s complete nonsense. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE coming here, I plan on switching my PCP after this incident. I never want anything to do with that place, or the people AGAIN! Words cannot explain the frustration and the disrespectfulness that myself and my parents have received from them. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! It doesn’t matter if you have a cold, or a complex issue... it’s all the same.

Great place to go if you need a receptionist to tell you to got to Urgent Care. Dr. Reincke is an excellent Dr. (and person) and I’m sure she would be ready and willing to help, but McLaren must have that office visit $$. After 10+ years of going here, I think it is time for a change. +*^%#**==€>£¥€’j>*^##^
