Dr. Gohel and his office staff could not have done anything better. So kind and patient. Dr. Gohel is very knowledgeable and compassionate!! On time appointments and answered all my questions. Thank you all!!!

I went there once for post surgery check up. Took 2 mins for the doctor to check and say everything looked good. Got a bill, which was no problem I called right away to make the payment. It has BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS since my initial call to this office. I always get sent to voicemail and the first time someone picked up she said “I’m in the middle of something. Can I call you right back?” I gave her my contact Info and never got a call back. That was 1 1/2 months ago. And called several times but was never able to get someone to pick up. Yesterday I was mad about this and called 4 times in a row until someone picked up and she said to call back and leave a voicemail because she was busy. This is ridiculous! If you leave a number on the bill to call to make a payment I should be able to do it without a problem. And the woman Jillian was so rude and I can hear the attitude on her voice. She even giggled as I’m telling her about my problem.

I loved Dr. Gohel and his staff, if I ever had any questions or concerns, he was more than happy to answer them. If it was after hours, you can text him and ge will call you back. Very compassionate.

This is my second visit and both time I had to wait more than an hour before getting to a room. That's why appointments are for so that patient don't have to wait an hour to be seen for five minutes. Just ridiculous.

Showed great empathy and got us in immediately for testing and options regarding my wife's breast cancer diagnosis. This saved us a lot of worry time!!
