The receptionist staff is inept and rude.nCommunication skills are extremely lacking.nThey do not follow through on their end with forms and faxing. My child had a physical in November but then was told in January he was a “new patient”.nnThe front desk lied saying they don’t send forms to the school for ADHD then when I spoke to the office manager she said they do and they were already sent (school never received them after requesting them at least twice) I DO NOT recommend this place if your child needs more in depth care than just to be seen for a cold!

I love our pediatrician and the office. Usually not too long of a wait but sometimes there is. I totally understand that though because doctor is very patient and caring.. he takes the time to address concerns instead of treating you like a number and getting you in and out. Even moving to chesterfield I wouldn't trade doctors or places for anything. Emergency appointments are great as well.. there have only been maybe 3 times where I've had to call and ask to get son in in short notice (including a call today to get him in first thing in morning) and every time they have made it work for us.nThank you to the wonderful staff and our wonderful pediatrician John Zmiejko!
