Intermountain Cottonwood Apothecary

This place is a complete joke. Every time they call and say your PRESCIPTIONS are ready....guess what?...(I normally have more than one) I show up to pick them up and only ONE is ready...not PRESCRIPTIONS, only PRESCRIPTION!! They say they call you per prescription as they are filled, nice, maybe you should enclose that information when you call, since the phone says your PRESCRIPTIONS are ready!! Wasted time and gas! Every time I come to this place, there’s always something! Either, they don’t have it (which you would think warrants a phone call to let me know!) or it’s not ready even tho they say it is when they call! My last experience was the WORST! After the phone call of saying the PRESCRIPTIONS were ready, about 3 hours later I went to pick them up. I got there and the lady told me that only one was ready and the other one won’t be ready until the next day, irritated, I asked why I got the phone call saying they were BOTH ready. She said that phone calls come in per prescription, ok well I was told my PRESCRIPTIONS we ready. She said she would check her stock to see if there was enough to fill it, and there was...so now I’m confused because if they were in stock, why wasn’t it ready? She said it would take 20 minutes to fill. I’m even more irritated now because I’m in the drive thru and was told I can’t wait in the drive thru because they were too busy, I was the ONLY one in the drive thru. So I’m waiting and now I’m back in the drive thru to pick it up after 20 minutes. I get to the window and was told they didn’t have enough in stock to fill it. WOW!! I sat for 20 minutes waiting on a prescription and they couldn’t come tell me I was waiting for NOTHING! Great customer service. The lady got snippy because I obviously told her my frustration with this entire situation and she replied “well what do you want me to do?” Well lady, I could think of a few things, maybe tell me you don’t have it stock, or check before you tell someone to wait 20 minutes, maybe you could have walked outside and let me know since you clearly knew I was waiting!! This place sucks, the people are incompetent and have no sense of customer service whatsoever. I’ll be changing pharmacies and saving much more time and gas, not to mention I won’t have to see the faces of people that don’t have a clue in how to handle ANYTHING related to helping or showing customers they appreciate them.
