Rude and completely disorganized staff. I really love Costco but I’m going to have to go somewhere else. They are seriously such a headache to deal with.

I sincerely wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars. I have had so many issues with this pharmacy it’s not even funny. The only reason I kept going back was because it was convenient to do my shopping and pick up my prescriptions. As I read the reviews I see a definite pattern with the way this Pharmacy operates. Not having the common decency to let people know when they are unable to fill a prescription when multiples have been sent to fill. You get there and they only have one or two actually filled. The most recent act of craziness was that I was sent a text message telling me my prescription was filled and it showed a price of over $100. I called to find out why It was so much. The technician told me that my insurance did not cover it. I told her that I was pretty sure they did and I asked her if perhaps she had ran it incorrectly. She got really rude with me and I told her I would call and talk to my insurance and then call her back. While I was on the phone with my insurance I received a call on my other line from my doctors office and they told me that the pharmacy had called them and told them I could no longer fill my prescriptions there because apparently I was rude to the pharmacy tech. Are you kidding me? So instead of having a manager speak with me to find out my side of the story they just go ahead and drop a long time customer? It seems to me this pharmacy is severely mismanaged and it doesn’t take a PhD education to read through these reviews and deduce the simple fact that this is a very very poorly managed pharmacy. How many negative reviews is it going to take before someone actually makes some positive changes? I will never use that pharmacy again and with all of the Covid craziness going on you would think all of the pharmacies out there would do their best to keep repeat customers.

Rude, unprofessional staff. Also incompetent. Screwed up an electronic prescription. It's a massive hassle to get my prescriptions here as pharmacy staff doesn't even follow your requests. There's a total lack of respect or even concern for me as a customer and patient. They need to just clean house and reorganize the department. It is CONSISTENTLY a pain getting my prescriptions here.

Terrible! I spoke with the manager and begged them to get organized especially during flu season! Disappointed to see nothing has changed. Desperately need two separate lines one for medications and one for flu shots! Would it kill them to have another person certified to give flu shots? ! Go to another Costco! Don’t waste your time!!!

They send my husband a text that his medicines are ready. I wait in a Long Line just to find out they only Bothered to fill One! Previously, they Refused to fill a prescription for our child. They Assumed, because it's also available over the counter, that it would not be covered. It Was covered, I had already checked with the insurance. The pharmacy staff Continued to Argue with me. I had to put my insurance company on speakerphone so They could tell the pharmacist to fill it. Absolutely Ridiculous! If we, one day, went Completely Insane & actually Wanted to be treated like this, we would go back to Walmart. Apparently there's No Difference anymore.
