Great doctors office, awesome staff.. The wait time is outrageous. We waited well over 2 hours for the procedure.. They need to work on the scheduling of patients ud83dude44. That is our only complaint.. some people can't go all day without eating..

Had emergency back surgery at Mclaren Bay on a Sunday. Dr. Kremer took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do and what to expect after the surgery, which really helped put me at ease! Had a follow up appointment at his office in Bay City where he once again did a thorough exam and went over my symptoms and recovery. I was very impressed with both the office and the hospital. Staff at both facilities were awesome and very helpful with all the disability and return to work papers. Thank you for a very professional yet personable experience!

Dr. Jagannathan goes up and beyond for his patients. If I could rate him a 10 I would. He did surgery on my neck and everyone in his staffing has called me every day Checking on me and had taken very good care me. I would highly recommend him to everyone..

Dr. Kremer did my C4-C5 anterior cervical discectomy and fusion as outpatient surgery..was thorough in explaining everything..would highly recommend this neurosurgeon.
