Dr. Sakharova is a very kind and hard working Dr. She listens and does her best to help with any issues I have with my sugar changes and will work with you to solve problems. Her staff member Bill is also very kind and helpful. Thank you both.

Not happy with two things from the office here... First is I was called on Friday after their office closed with notification of an appointment I can't make for the following Monday. I called back immediately and was greeted by an automated answering system without voicemail. Now I am calling back Monday, well after opening to try and cancel my appointment. No answer. Same automated answering system.nnAs stated before, the covid procedures here seem to be to protect the staff more than the patients. Being blocked outside in the hallway with other unchecked patients is a joke. They need to take a hard look at how they are handling this and see where changes can be made to at least be safe, respectful, and fair.

This office is not handling the pandemic well. There seems to be no common sense being put in by the office to be smart and safe. There's staff members and patients wearing masks incorrectly, and staff members pulling down their masks to talk. They have a rope roping off the front door, and people just congregate around the rope and block the door, and there's no signs to tell you what to do or not to do once you arrive at the office. AND when you try to leave the office, you get to step over the rope and walk through a crowd of people. They do not do pre-screening. There are no air scrubbers or air flow of any kind coming through the office. I will not be back until there's a vaccine.

I have never had any complaints with my physician, and would in fact recommend him directly. My rating is based solely on the office manager, who spent the entire time I was in the waiting room without her mask on at all.

I love my doctor here but was not impressed by the social distancing precautions taken by this office. Instead of waiting in your car like most offices now, you wait in a full waiting room with chairs that are supposed to be six feet apart, and instead of paying in the back before exiting like you used to, you now pay in the waiting room adding to the amount of people. Then once you get placed in a room, the door is left open while you wait for the doctor and there is a lot of traffic and conversations being had in the halls. I was not comfortable.
