I’ve been going to premier women’s health for close to seven years and have had a wonderful experience every time. The service is always very polite and prompt and if I ever have a question there is always someone to talk to even if it’s over the phone. The receptionist Shelly is very sweet and all the staff are wonderful. Melissa is always thorough with asking me questions and I never feel rushed. If there is a concern she does not brush it off like other doctors I have seen in the past and will do her due diligence just to make sure nothing is wrong even if everything seems normal but I am concerned. You guys keep up the great work!n-Krista

I've been going here for 4 years and I love it. The staff is so nice and both Dr. Matoian and Melissa are carrying and great at what they do. I've had two babies with them and I've felt cared for the whole time. Great experience over all with them.

Ive been going here for a few years now I normally see Melissa the P.A and I always have a good experience I’m always able to ask those embarrassing questions without feeling weird or judged. Ive also seen Dr.M a couple of times and she is just as great. The staff is amazing also.

Horrible receptionist. The online hours state the office does not close until 5pm, yet, Sheena the receptionist insists I could not make an appointment because they were closed at 4:35pm. However, I’ve called at this time before with no issue so I know that is a lie. She is not helpful whatsoever and seemed to be rushing me off the phone in order to get off of work sooner.

I have been seeing Dr. Matoian for a v long time and love her but i had a v bad experience last time. Had to see Melissa Rae PA because of emergency and had worst experience of my life. She was v disrespectful and made me cry . On top she couldn't even diagnose my condition.
