Like most of the comments, I find the automated system ridiculous!nIf only physicians would realize what it means to a patient to speak to a real person when the phone rings!!!nI have also had a couple issues making appointments when I needed to be seen quickly...ended up at urgent care.nThe staff was great when I was there recently.

The quality of care and warmth of the staff have been good for me and my family. However, getting a hold of someone from the office is enough to negate any blood pressure medicine I'm taking. The automated system for making an appointment is about as useful as Rapunzel with cornrows. It's sort of absurd that it takes several hours of phone tag and three separate conversations for someone to put my name down on a calendar.

Horrible horrible phone system. The absolute worst of any medical office that I have ever experienced. Love the doctors and staff but they really need to get the phone system re-done

I loved Dr crossley when I first started seeing her 4yrs ago.. but the office has went down hill.. with horrible wait times, automatic phone system and rude staff.. I do love the docs I see from savage and my husband sees Dr Barnes but I can't take the wait time.. thinking about switching doctors..

I am a patient of doctor Rivera and I am having side-effects with some pills I got from her but I am not able to get through to her due to the ridiculous automated phone lines. If I push the button that is supposed to patch me through to a nurse or doctor that can help it sends me to the prescription line which isn't even an option. The doctors are good, getting a hold of them through the obnoxious automated phone is the problem.
