I have been seeing Dr. Basak for about 2 years now and I am very happy with him. He always listens and takes the time with you. If he isn't sure he will always refer you to someone else. Now the front desk people are awful and there is always an issue. I will say it has gotten better but they seem to be going through a lot of staff lately

Dr. Basak is great..he didn't judge me or treat me any different than any other patient ...listened to my problems and genuinely cared it seemed..they have always been super accomidating..ty to the whole office !
