Understand people have appointments for other stuff like dot physicals mammogram ect but when someone comes in to urgent care because you are in bad pain but can't be seen for hours because they have only one dr therenSo i think they need to take urgent care out make it appointment only never will go there again

The time they brought me back to the room was great, the lady up front was wonderful. My nurse was great. But I was less than satisfied with the NP. When she came in she barely asked any questions and then she goes well because you've had your symptoms for over a week I can write a Rx for an antibiotic. Ok, cool, but my symptoms are viral, so an antibiotic won't work, why prescribe? And they didn't even run any test, no throat swab or anything. So what exactly are you writing an Rx for? I've been dealing with this cold/sickness for over a week, I'm clearly not here at my first sign of a runny nose. The service was all about how quickly they can get people out.

Made a appointment waited 2 hours after my appointment time. What is the point in having appointments if you just let the walk-ins with no appointment go before. Makes no sense, I will never come back here again. Just silly

Best hospitality. Staff are excellent people. Real life people willing to take care of you anyway possible. Been going to see them for years when I need help.
