Dr Kumar HIMSELF is a GREAT Doctor.. been seeing him for years. As of late though, last 3 years it has been nothing but a total miss management by the staff!! I got rescheduled several times for my appointments and then when I do go they NEVER have change for me to pay, nobody knows what is going on, no records or files. Got so bad I quit going for 2 1/2 years. I went back this last November, scheduled appt. for 2-21-20 @ 7:30AM, Oxford. I was there.. NOBODY IN OFFICE!!! NEVER A CALL, NO MESSAGES, NOTHING!! I call today after the main office opened and get the run around.. come to find out Dr Kumar is out of town AGAIN!! I am DONE!! I can NOT deal with this kind of management any longer.. I will find another doctor with a staff...... THAT CARES!!!!
