Not sure why such low number of stars. However I had s great experience from this store on a Sunday afternoon (Father’s Day) The gal Danielle, that helped me was friendly, happy and welcoming.

I started using the pharmacy when they were a Rite Aid for the convenience of the location hours. Things were fine until the Walgreens conversion. Nothing had been simple since then, and I have had several highly negative experiences. Everything seems to move slower, staff is less informed and cooperative. I’ve called ahead before coming in, to be sure they had what I needed, to arrive and be told they do not. I’m on a medication that requires sub-dermal injections and getting syringes here has been a nightmare. My husband waited 2 hours for a Tdap vaccination, to be told to come back tomorrow. I’ve updated my contact info at least 3 times, and for whatever reason it doesn’t “stick.” I haven’t had a “walk-in, walk out” experience since the move to Walgreens. I feel like I am always negotiating with staff to get my prescriptions. Mind you, I am not on any controlled substances. We’re talking about things like antibiotics, thyroid meds, blood thinners. I’ve been sent text alerts that something is ready, and when I get there, it either hasn’t been filled or they can’t find it.. We’re changing pharmacies after 5 years at this location.

This location is completely incompatent. I moved to them 6 months ago when they were still rite aide and they screw my order up every time. It just gets worse every visit here. I will be going somewhere else. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

Place is a work in progress. Right now it's a stepdown from Rite Aid, but I'm sure in time it will improve. Thankfully the friendly staff is the same.
