Best unwiches at any Jimmy Johns hand down! The food stayed within the lettuce wrap. Speedy time for food prep too!
Been ordering from this location via delivery for the past 2 months at least a half dozen times. Was just told today that all of a sudden I'm out of range for delivery. My legs broken and I can't drive. Apparently they're taking business from another location but I called corporate and they informed me that now I am out of range for all locations. Terrible customer service from corporate and the franchise owner. Was informed by corporate that the franchise owner pulled the plug on delivering to my location. Im extremely disappointed in jimmy John's. This locations has made hundreds of dollars from me over several years. I will never give them my business again. Im 2.9 miles away. This is lazy.
Please train your employees properly and possible teach how to read. Mobile order with the recipient on the bag. Sandwich had no lettuce, not cut in half and not mustard packets. Went back to tell them after getting home and 3 guys looked at the recipient and the sandwich and asked me what was wrong after looking at the recipient and sandwich tells me they are very undertrained. Cant believe they couldn't tell there was no lettuce on it. Lettuce is the color green. Honestly can not believe this. Hope to talk with the store manager so they can explain this to me. Just wow. They also didn't have cookies thawed out and ready at 3:05 pm 9/26/20 when the food was made correctly it was good.
There's really only two things to worry about when judging a Jimmy John's... Freshness and accuracy of your order.nThis location has never let me down on either factor. They are less than a mile from my house. I can place my order, drive to their drive thru and give my name and my order is ready. I can get home and know that the odds are it is made the way that I asked and with fresh ingredients.
I ordered the veggie sub, which is basically a salad between bread. But somehow it is the greatest sandwich from a chain I have ever eaten.
