Got a tech here in the beginning of the service window, gave a clear explanation of why they couldn't get parts and trying eBay was a bad idea, and then helped think through a complicated problem about how to replace.
Great experience with Dell’s. The pump on my washing machine stopped working. The tech found a coin jammed in it. I believe that they have an $85 dispatch fee and charge $75 per hour, so I only recommend using them for large appliances that still have years left in them. Will definitely use them again in the future.
They've come to fix our washer and dryer machines and have done a very thorough and great job of it. They come within a reasonable time of our call, one or two business days. Their tech has been so great, highly knowledgeable, with specialized expertise that you would wish for and also informative & professional. It's been a pleasure working with them and we will continue to use Dells Appliance service. Thankyou.
